The full descent of Iragna Canyon is known as one of the most thrilling canyoning adventures in the Ticino region. This route leads you deep into narrow gorges, surrounded by towering rock walls and lush vegetation. Striking waterfalls and crystal clear emerald pools create a wild and untouched setting, like stepping into a lost world.

 

Throughout this exhilarating journey, you'll encounter spectacular rappels, wild jumps, and natural slides that follow one after the other. It’s an incredible playground for adrenaline seekers and outdoor enthusiasts alike !

  • Surefooted and confident on uneven terrain

  • Comfortable with heights

  • Previous canyoning experience preferred

  • Minimum age : 16 years old

We welcome you to our cozy canyoning base in Claro, equipped with secure lockers for your belongings and a bathroom with WC and shower. Your guide will then provide you with top-quality canyoning gear, combining safety, comfort, and style.

After a short bus ride, a 30 minute hike through the forest brings you to the top of the canyon. Before diving into the adventure, your guide will provide all the essential safety instructions to ensure you enjoy the experience to the fullest. Once the briefing is done, get ready for 3 to 4 hours of pure action with rappels, jumps, and natural slides in a wild and spectacular setting !

Back at the base, we’ll gather for a relaxed aperitif on our cosy terrace, where you can relive the highlights of the experience and download the photos from your EPIC descent !​ The entire experience lasts about 6 hours, from your arrival at the base to the aperitif. However, the duration may vary depending on the group size and local conditions.​

In case of weather conditions that could compromise safety, we reserve the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the outing. Should this happen, we will inform you as soon as possible.​
