The Eau Froide Canyon lives up to its name, but its impressive verticals will quickly warm you up. Nestled in Roche, this true gem of the Vaud Pre-Alps is the perfect place to quench your thirst for adventure! Here, you'll find a magnificent combination of rappelling, jumps, and slides, set in an alpine landscape with sculpted rocks. To conserve our energy, we'll ascend by vehicle. From there, it takes approximately 30 minutes to descend and reach the starting point of the canyon. At that point, you can gear up and receive the necessary instructions for the activity. The canyon descent typically lasts around 6 hours, but the duration may vary depending on the number of participants and their abilities.
